Kasey's Washington DC Review

Well the day started like this! I woke up early in the morning because I was way too excited to sleep! So I got up and I got ready! My dad and I went to the store (listening to Hanson, of course) and we bought all of Hanson's favorite snacks and all! We got Red Jelly beans (my favorite) Twinkies, Dr. Pepper, Mug Root beer,Chunky Peanut butter and crackers! Well I was sooooooooooo anxious that we had to leave 2 hours earlier than we had planned!

Before we headed to the Nissan Pavilion we swung by to pick up my @ cousins and Aunt from Colorado. My 2 cousins and I were all wearing the same Hanson Shirts and were going Crazy by the minute! So we hopped in the car and turned up the Hanson Music! We were Soooooooo siked that we were actually going to see Hanson! So we drove and drove for what seemed to be like an eternity and finally got to the place where we had to park. But we ran into a problem! The police wouldn't let us in for another hour. SOOOOOOOOOO we went to KFC and got Hanson's favorite Meal! Chicken! we drove back to the place and parked!

I was so excited that I couldn't even eat the chicken! So I started to make 2 large posters! Then all of the sudden I heard......."You have so many relationships in this life.............."I totally freaked! It was actually Tay!!! The guys were doing a sound check! When I finally finished the posters I rushed my Aunt and my dad who were still eating! My cousins and I ran up to get closer to sound! There were hundreds and hundreds of girls crowding around the Merchandise! I squeezed through the crowd and managed to hand the guy my money and get a program and a lanyard with a totally gorgeous pic of Hanson! As I pushed my way through the crowd I spotted a girl with writing all over her body!

I was curios and asked her what she was doing! She told me that a local radio station was giving away backstage passes! Her words just kinda drifted away cuz I started to imagine what it would be like to be backstage! Hmmmmmmmmmm.... Me and hanson! Then a thought occurred to me! The markers I used to make the posters I could us to decorate my body! So I put Z 104 all over my body! It was so cool!

Then I heard I shriek! I was like What? Where? They started letting us in ten by ten! It wasn't enough! I managed to squeeze through and I headed for the stairs as my dad Aunt and cousins were left behind! I waved and smiled. As I headed up the stairs I noticed a figure with an ALL ACCESS Pass on who was filming us! I was like whoa and I waved and said " I Love Hanson Hanson Rocks!" I went down searching for my seat and had to go all over the place!

Finally I had reached my destination! I just gasped when I saw how close I was going to be! I began to chat with a few girls. They were really nice! Then a couple of the event staff asked me why I had Z 104 written all over me. I told them and they said if they were giving out the Backstage Passes they would give them to me! I was like COOL can I have yours? They told me they didn't have any. O well! I began to talk to more and more people. As I looked around the crowd was getting bigger and bigger and the music that was playing ex: Aerosmith became faint as Chanting began: HANSON! HANSON ! HANSON! I was so hot and alone becuz my dad and Aunt and cousins were far back! But I didn't care cuz I was talking with the new friends I made.

Just as we were about to go insane the lights went out and the stage lights came on! It was ADMIRAL TWIN! I was so psyched! They really got me pumped! I jumped and screamed and just went crazy!! I really loved their music! But was kinda glad when they left the stage cuz I knew it was time for Hanson! BUT.......... of course it had to take forever to set things up and to get all the gifts and things up on stage! There was a large grey curtain up but I was all the way on the side and I could see them! I started to scream and they let the curtain go! The screaming began and I couldn't stop singing or dancing or jumping! I was so happy!

At that point I was sweating to death. I sat down cuz I felt like I was gonna pass out! I popped some Red Jelly beans in my mouth and I felt a rush of energy! I started to jump up and down! After a few songs Hanson stopped playing and Tay was saying something. As he paused I screamed " I LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!" He loooked at me and smiled and I fell into my seat! I was so happy! Tay actually looked at me! They sang a couple more songs and ran off the stage for a break! The crew set up the "3 Car Garage" It was sooooooooooo cool! They sang a lot of songs which I kept singing to! Then they went back to the regular set and sang a few songs And said Goodnight! I was like NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! After all the screams they started to talk from backstage! Zac said You want us to come back! "YYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSS" Went the crowd and thay said Are you sure are you absolutely sure you want us to come back out! Of course they did and the crowd went WILD! Tay took over drums and zac took a water gun and squirted the Audience and then Ike grabbed a water gun and they both came over by me and squirted me with water. I screamed and they smiled! I was in Heaven! I couldn't believe they came up to me and squirted me! They played a few more songs and I cried cuz I didn't want the night to be over! As I walked out I found my dad and he asked how was it. But I could barely hear him and when I tryed to speak I couldn't! I was so shocked! I had lost my voice! Well no wonder I was screaming soooooooo loud! As we found my aunt and cousins I regained my hearing! We went for the car and had to sit there for like a half and hour cuz there were so many people trying to get out. I didn't mind cuz I just blared my music! As we left I thought of how wonderful the night had been! I put a picture I had of Hanson in the window! It was cool cuz as we were driving home we saw other people on the road with pics in there car! We honked and they waved! It was so cool! On the long ride home I listened to Hanson and thought how I would frame my t-shirt Program and ticket! I must have fallen asleep because all I could remember was dreaming about Hanson!
