How to apply the icons:

  • Right click and "Save As" the icon
  • Save the icon to your harddrive (remember where you put it :)
  • Open your IM and click on 'People'
  • click 'Select Buddy Icon'
  • click 'My Buddy Icon'
  • click 'Browse Computer'
  • find the saved icon an apply it
