Worldwide singing sensation Hanson produced, filmed and
directed their own special "HANSON: ROAD TO ALBERTANE"
exclusively for Fox Family Channel premiering Saturday,
November 7, (7-8PM ET/PT), it was announced today by Eytan
Keller, Senior Vice President, Reality Programming and
Specials, Fox Family Channel. The multi-talented Hanson
brothers, Issac (16), Taylor (14) and Zachary (11) give fans
the rare opportunity to experience life on the road with
Hanson as they tour over 40 cities around the country,
captivating the hearts of teen audiences everywhere. The
trio compiled their own footage for the special which
chronicles their summer concert tour performances in such
cities as Chicago, Atlanta and Detroit. The special will
also feature behind-the-scenes antics as the Hansons prepare
for their performances. Exclusive interviews with the
brothers provide a candid look into their overnight success.
The groups first single "MMMBop" hit number 1 on music
charts worldwide everywhere from Ireland to Australia. They
will release their new album
"Hanson: Live from Albertane" and a home video the first
week in November. "We are very excited to offer Hanson fans
an in-depth look into the relationships and challenges of
the singing group that only Issac, Taylor and Zachary Hanson
could tell," said Keller. Fox Family Channel, which
premiered on August 15 as a revitalized version of The
Family Channel, is a division of Fox Family Worldwide Inc.
The Family targeted basic cable network available in over 73
million homes nationwide delivers a dynamic mix of original
and acquired series, specials and movies for the entire
family.
