Topic - Dealing with Religion

Taylor: Every decision you make, every thing that's around you, the people around you, it changes your perspective. It gives you kind of a ground for something. We've always kind of leaned away from going... ok this is what were are even though you know you believe that you know very strongly. It's just not about saying ...this is what I am and alienating people from that.

Zac: I think it just helps people with I think a purpose. I mean to have a purpose in life is a good thing and to have something that you believe in gives you guidance and, you know, I would say that over all it affects people in a good way.

Taylor: Whether you're talking about, you know, a spiritual faith or just your views on life. I mean music is... there is no better way to express the things you believe in, I think, you know the things of who you are, than through music. I mean, I can, there are so many things that if you just said it to somebody, you know, it just wouldn't connect, but if you put it to a song and it can speak to millions of people.

Isaac: I think that if you have something that you believe in, that is, that kind of guides your life no matter really necessarily what it is, I think that it's a good thing. I think that you know, if there's some kind of moral guidance in that, I think that is a very good thing, because I think that it helps you get a better perspective on you know... the world.

Taylor: I think that it's really important, you know, like not to segregate people by saying this is what I am, you know? But I think that it is important to have something that they believe in that kind of goes - ok here's what I don't want to do, here's what I should do and kind of give them some sort of guidance and purpose.
